As a former non-QB and current armchair QB
I have no idea what those drills were, but I like what I see.
The only guy I've seen better at these drills is David Ash.

It's been a while since I've seen a QB at Texas with footwork like that
He looks fundamentally solid and hopefully he’ll look that good in pads and with a rush. It looks like he might actually prefer to stay/maneuver in the pocket rather than bail. Guess we’ll see.

Were they clocking his throws with a radar gun?
Thought I heard them say a number after a few of his throws ( 67,76,87). 87mph from 10yds away? Not sure how our current set of wr would react to that.

I can think of many things to do that are a lot safer than ...
… playing catch 10 yards away from a top D1 QB prospect. Those throws could cause some serious brain damage if you didn’t get your hands together in time.
