KU Starter Suspended Indefinitely
Kansas junior guard Tyshawn Taylor has been suspended indefinitely from the team for violating team rules, coach Bill Self announced Monday.
"Although we are disappointed in Tyshawn, he will remain a member of our team and practice with our team until he is reinstated for competition," Self said in a statement.
Taylor is averaging 8.8 points per game for Kansas and ranks third in the Big 12 in in assists per game (4.7).

Seems he's having a bit of a tough time since giving up 38 to Pullen
Could be he’s dealt with it badly. Anyway, he’ll probably be back for the tournament, but if he’s not, does anyone know how good their backup PG is?
Just Harsin around.

KU doesn't have many options
I think they may have to go to Selby(?), Morningstar or Reed as their PG but either way you look at it losing Taylor could be pretty hurtful. With that said, I wouldn’t doubt it either if Taylor’s not back in time for the tourney (Big 12 or NCAA).
I'm sort of a big deal, people know me
reinstatement should roll around just as the tournament heats up
