Day 2... now coming home
This will be brief! Thanks for all the comments on my first blog. Today was quite hectic, when it was supposed to be pretty low key. We were rushed to immigrations to get our re-entry card. After the progress of this situation, we are heading home. I am out tomorrow and Megan is following on Sunday. Hopefully we will return in a week or so if things are under control. I'll blog when we come back!

Whew!
As a mom, I’m relieved you’re headed back.

Sorry you have
to turn right back around; that’s a long time to be cooped up on a plane. Probably is the better choice with everything going on. You’ll get there.
Crazy
stuff going on. Glad you are OK. Remember those “experiences” you mentioned? Well, soon this will be one of them that you can reflect back on.
Thoughts and prayers to everyone over there.

If you should happen to be flying back through DFW...
my beer league softball team is looking for a late inning relief pitcher. You know, in case you want to keep your skills sharp.
We’re not exactly what you might call, “professionals,” but we’ve got actual uniforms sponsored by Chico’s Bail bonds and we have keg on second base. So we got that going for us, which is nice.
Best to you in an otherwise incomprehensible situation. Hope you can back their fast and Japan as a whole bounces back faster.
