What are you more interested in?
Seeing if VCU can make a big statement with the low seed/underdog run of the year – or – seeing if someone will knock off Ohio State?

Good question, IE. I'm glad you asked.
I find myself watching more of the UK/tOSU game as those are apparently the more talented teams and I am probably more invested in a Buckeye loss than anything at this point.
The VCU story is just that, as a team that was ridiculed for being the main cause for the CU/Bama/St. Mary’s snubs and they look as dominant as anyone out there. Up 10 or so at half, they are certainly making a statement.

I've watched almost every game of this tourney and....
I don’t think Ive seen yet another 5 sec. Violation called on an inbounds play. Anybody? Anybody?
The way Arizona crushed Duke makes me wonder 2 things: 1. Duke not that good? 2. Oh what could have been for Texas.
UCONN still in. Beat us by 1
Kansas still in. Split with them.
UNC still in. Beat them.
Florida who took our 2seed in SE region. Still in.
Looks like a huge missed opportunity from so many angles. Not saying we would have won it, but for sure, a missed opportunity.
"I asked Darrell Royal, the coach of the Texas Longhorns, why he didn’t recruit me and he said: "Well, Walt, we took a look at you and you weren’t any good.

Duke vs. Zona
It was sort of a perfect storm. Duke played lousy defense and turned the ball over a bunch in that second half. And Duke doesn’t match up well with Derrick Williams (not that a lot of teams do, but we did).
I agree with your main point about the missed opportunity
We were as good as any of these teams, up until the point in the season where we slacked off on defense. I still don’t understand why that happened.
Barnes is an "effort" defensive coach
not so much a teacher of fundamentals or designer of defensive game plans. His players get stoked and show great effort earlier in the year before other teams do the same. Other teams just get better in running their offenses during the year while Texas has no offensive identity. Barnes gets everyone to work real hard but I am not so sure they work real smart.
Ohio state / Kentuicky
- Everyone knew what to do at the end of the game
- Must be nice to upset someone in the NCAA, I wonder what that feels like
