The search to replace Tressell has started.  Some of you may know from earlier posts that I'm originally from Ohio. My father actually played football at Youngstown State (GO Penguins!!) before getting his masters at MIT. (Wonder how many other YS grads made that kind of leap). Anyway, the rumor mill in Ohio is a buzz.

My uncle that still lives in Alliance, OH is a major Buckeye booster.  They have started the search and the top of their list is Mack Brown. They want to restore the damaged image and think Mack is the best person to do that.  I doubt he would take that job and give up Texas, but he is their top candidate. Fortunately, Texas can out bid them $$ wise if needed. Mack is suppose to talk to them, but probably just out of respect.  tOSU is then going to go hard for Stoops.  Stoops is from Ohio and they are going to make him an offer that OU will have trouble matching.

I just can't imagine Mack leaving us, but after the Muschamp thing I would prefer him not even talking to tOSU.
