Y'all have a 30 year old walk-on who is a veteran of the Green Berets Special Forces playing safety for you. If Mack is smart (and if he has the speed to perform well at this position) he would at least put Boyer on the kickoff team/ As his story gets around, he'd be an easy fan favorite, and the crowd would go nuts every time he makes a tackle. Simple way to get the crowd into the game, and keep the team hyped up.
