Texas takes on the Prairie View A&M Panthers tonight in a midweek matchup. The Panthers are 23-18 and have only played one team of note, getting crushed by Texas A&M 11-1 in the early part of the season. Freshman Nathan Thornhill gets his first career start, and his performance is becoming increasingly important to shore up a bullpen that's quickly becoming a strength. Cohl Walla is also getting another start at DH, indicating that he's close but not fully recovered from his leg injury. Expect to see lots of pitchers on the mound tonight for Texas and it's our hope that Austin Dicharry can build upon his first less than glorious start.
