Austin Super Regional Dates/Times Set
The Longhorns will host the Arizona State Sun Devils in the Austin Super Regional beginning with a 6 pm CST contest telecast on ESPN on Friday. The Saturday and Sunday (if necessary) games are set for the same time start time, with ESPN televising once again on Saturday and the Sunday contest switching to ESPN2.

Pardon my ignorance, but, are all of the super regional matches receiving this level of coverage, or is this due, in part, to the relationship with ESPN?

Not all coverage is created equal
All super regionals are being covered by ESPN (which is a nice improvement in the last few years), but not all of them are getting the same quality of coverage. For example, Texas gets ESPN twice at 6pm CT (prime time), while Virginia/UC Irvine gets ESPNU at 12pm (CT). My guess is it has more to do with the match up than Texas’ relationship with ESPN. But you can be certain there will be numerous ads for the Longhorn Network during the coverage.
Agreed about the coverage.
Texas and Arizona State are two of the most tradition-rich baseball programs in the country and deserving of this level of coverage, regardless of the relationship between UT and ESPN.
