Well, if tOSU's actions in this case aren't "Lack of institutional control" or "failure to monitor" then I guess nothing is. After the sanctions against USC, some of us hoped that we were seeing the dawn of a new era concerning violations by big-time schools. Obviously, that is not the case. If Texas and other schools want to belong to an organization that actually enforces its rules, I think it's time we left the NCAA and started our own.
