HHhmmmm?
I just wondering outloud. Will Garrett Gilbert still be at UT next year in a different position, or will he be looking for another school ala Conner Wood? It was pretty telling watching the players reactions to having Ash/McCoy on the field during TX/BYU game that there is an enormous confidence issue with Gilbert as QB. And based on the fan reaction, (sadly getting booed off the field) the folks paying for the tickets have seen enough. Personally, I think he's done at the QB position unless Ash or McCoy just absolutely tank.

The internet police is back.
Do not be distracted by what you see, but be transformed by what you believe.
It really should read, "The internet police are back."
It would be “is” if you used “policeman” or “policewoman”… Police is plural, so you have to use “are”.
Sincerely,

off topic - another reason to try Archer
Jessica Walter is the voice for Mallory Archer – the protagonist’s mom…

Great show
3/19/2009 & 12/15/2009 - Games Where Dogus Balbay Made a Three-Pointer. Never Forget.
He is a Junior...
I do not believe that he would be able to go anywhere other than a D2 or FCS school and maintain eligibility
He didn't redshirt
So my understanding is he can transfer to an FBS school, take the first year as his redshirt, then start his senior year. The NCAA’s rules are rather opaque to me, though, so I could be completely wrong about that.
Hey, don't be hard on yourself,
apparently, Oregon, USC, tOSU, Auburn, Tennessee and the U all have problems understanding the NCAA rules…

I think Garrett sees more snaps under center
Everyone is singing his demise a little early. If anything, he’s backup for Case right now until Ash can learn the offense.
Though, I imagine he’ll still see real game-time. He’s too good of an athlete to leave on the bench, and Harsin is using every tool in the shed.
Prepare for, “The Gilbert Package”, and for God’s sake don’t boo him when he comes back on the field.
This is what has me excited
He’s a great athlete, could have some interesting packages worked for him as a catch/run – catch/pass option, and I believe he’s not enough of an ego driven type to shun those options.
I think he worked a more restricted playset in the Rice game
And he was “expanding” during BYU when he fell flat.
It all depends on how Case does leading the whole game while getting breathers from Ash. If Case also struggles, I would expect a 3 QB rotation.
along with UNC and LSU. A&M is enrolled a class on how to make rules unclear.
I don’t think Ash learning the playbook is a problem. GG looking at 1 WR for 5 seconds before throwing a bad pass to him is. GG, good kid, but as a QB is NOT good. He should not play again unless injury occurs.
I didnt boo at the game on saturday but i agree with the fans that think he should not have been in the game. we have seen 14 games and nothing has changed, move on.
I can agree with “special package” but no more than that.
Special Package
GG special package will be 4 wide Malcom Brown as RB, He stares down Mike Davis then does a delayed hand off to MB for a touch down!!!!!!!!
j/k I still think the kid is good, he didnt pan out as a starter, but hell he is a UT Player and I still support whatever role they find for him.
One way, or another, we shall be triumphant!!
Package Options
I have to admit that the j/k option you named is about all I’m comfortable with for real. Anytime GG drops back tends to make my blood run cold and probably his as well.
I know he’s a crazy talented kid, but mentally I think he’s fried. At this point you have to figure he feels so much pressure to be dead on that he can’t perform consistently at all.
With Connor Brewer coming in next year
I don’t see why Gilbert should stay unless he’s going for a good degree here.
TEXAS FIGHT
He still has a UT degree awaiting him
With his national exposure, there are few options for him. I think he’ll stay and be a sideline player. There just isn’t a lot of upside to him transferring.
