Texas opens up as 6.5 point favorite

Since I am one of two guys stuck at work until tomorrow morning ( people that have served in the military can relate about getting a duty day on a 3 day weekend), I have been looking up every thing I can possibly find on BYU. Me personally I am not sure what the opening line should be and if Texas or BYU should be the favorite.

As horrible as the BYU game was to watch from what I have heard, they still went on the road against an SEC opponent and came out with a win. This is definitely not the biggest game of the year, but I do believe is a very important one determining just how good this season will be for the Longhorns.

One of the big takeaways I have seen about BYU is their experience, they have a lot of it and of course are led up front with a big solid offensive line. That is what has me so confused with how they played and won at Ole Miss, I really did expect them to win, maybe not in dominant fashion, but at least better than what they showed. Not sure if the defense is that good or if Ole Miss offense was that bad, but it is definitely going to be much tougher to move the ball than against  Rice.

I am not going to try and give a whole run down on BYU because I know there are people on here much better than I am at doing that sort of thing. Just really bored at work and I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts are on about the BYU game.
