Local media and twitter personalities don't seem to be reporting anything about this.  Fact or fiction?  Who knows when it comes to internet message boards, but at least the thought of Texas to Big Ten sounds intriguing.....  Sounds a little more delicious to me than Pac 12 at first glance in this Longhorn fan's opinion.  Curious how Big Ten divisions would realign if only 8 conference games, 6 of them being in-division.
