Yahoo! Sports, citing sources, reports that a key element of the probe is the role, if any, Paul played in a trip Kabongo took to Cleveland in the spring. The trip, according to the report, included at least one workout with professional trainer Jerry Powell.
Travel expenses and any potential costs for Powell's training are potentially at issue, according to the report.
