SCOTUS recognizes what everyone has known all along

There is only one flagship university in Texas, and it resides in Austin.

From today's oral argument in the affirmative action case of Fisher v. University of Texas, at the 12:23pm mark:

"Justice Alito isn't much impressed. A marginal candidate who gets rejected by UT can always enroll in ROTC at Texas A&M or Texas Tech, he says."
