I don't think I am the only one who is coming to burnt orange nation less and less. As a loyal visitor of BON I have been coming to the site since its inception for what was once THE BEST collection of research, analysis, and editorial content relating to my beloved longhorns, but as of late I find myself more and more disappointed with each new contributor post. Rather than solid game break down discussing how our team has underperformed, where there is room for improvement or where and how we did well, every game produces one of two responses: "Mack brown crapped the bed, fire him" or "oh no Mack brown may have saved his job, please let's fire him anyway." I, and I expect many others, are really tired of this narrative, and quite honestly I likely won't be coming back very often if things don't change. I don't care whether you believe Mack is or is not the future, please just stop whining and give us what we used to love about this site, solid, informed analysis. Please quit using BON as a soap box to pontificate on the worthiness of Mack. Tell me what the upside and risks of a new coach would be, tell me what the upside and risks of keeping him....just stop being lazy and using BON to push an agenda, go buy firemackbrown.com and take your agenda there. I hope PB reads this because that which he has so painstakingly established is beginning to crumble.
