Well... uh, I'm glad Pittman wants to stand up for his boys, but there are better ways to do that other than elbowing someone in the throat. Dexter is a big dude; I'm sure that hurt a lot. Disappointing play. I guess he felt like Stephenson needed to really feel like he was choking if he was going to make such gestures.
