The University of Texas baseball program has failed to make it to postseason play. For me, this comes a bit of a surprise considering they need big name schools in the tourney to draw attendance and drive tv ratings. But apparently, we were not good enough. This, to me, is unacceptable. UT Arlington!? No no no, UT Austin. Augs has gotten lazy in recruiting and it is showing up on the field, BIG TIME. This reminds me in many ways of the fiasco that took place with our football team 3 years ago. Piss poor, lazy ass recruiting is going to cost this team. Don't blame the players, they took an offer to play baseball at Texas. The blame falls on the shoulders of that lazy ass Auggie. He hasn't gone to watch a single recruit outside of the Austin area in the last 2 years! Thats pure laziness. Im not an extremist who will call for his job, but if Im DeLoss, I would tell Augs to get off his lazy ass and go find baseball players. Quit taking peoples word, quit relying on players the Houston Chronicle deems "All State". Go find your guys, Auggie. Its time to get back to work...just my take, and Im sure many of you will come flying to AG's defense, but don't be fooled, the guy is basically the queen of england.
