Hi guys and girls

Me and a mate are crossing the pond from england and coming over to see the mighty Longhorns play the new mexico lobos on the first saturday of september.

We both love our sports, getting involved with the locals and probaly most importantly our beer :) and plan to make our first well overdue visit to see the Longhorns.

We went to see LSU last year in Baton Rouge and had a blast and everything we've read so far says that this trip will be even better and we intend to try and make it so.

so was wandering if anyone can throw some pointers our way with regard to the best pre game bars to go to, places where theres a good friendly vibe, or just anywhere that guarentees a good time.

all suggestions will be really appreciated,
