According to Denard Robinson. "I've watched him run, and I'm pretty sure I can beat him in a 40-yard dash," the Heisman hopeful said. If Robinson were racing Bolt in the 100m, that is. Wonder what would happen if Bolt ran a 40 instead of a 100m? I've got my money on Bolt.
