While Mack was was creating a championship team in Austin, my fellow longhorn fan was calling him the greatest coach in football with 100% support. After bringing glory to Austin, Mack now needs our longhorn fan support more than ever to rebuild a championship team again. But fair-weather longhorn fan grasps for any insignificant excuse to petulantly run "the greatest coach in football" out of a job simply because they are poor losers and would rather spite their own than accept the sacrifice it takes to rebuild a champion. We almost had the Big 12 title this year and with Mack's leadership we could only improve. But thanks to fair-weather longhorn fan, when Mack needs us the most he looks to be cracking under pressure not from the struggles on the field but from pressure of ungrateful longhorn fan - what he thought was his family.
Go ahead and continue to find excuses to justify your hate and envy, but the real losers will be you coward longhorn fan achieving your end over Mack Brown's loyal supporters.
