I must say that I'm trying my best to believe UT isn't falling behind. One down year in recruiting (number of recruits not necessarily quality...except the lack of 5 stars -_-) and a couple down, but improving, seasons. However, when you look down the road you see the Heisman trophy winner, possibly a winning program year in and year out, new and engaging coach with a great system, and top 10 recruiting. Now we will all see the best stadium in the state of Texas. I'm a die hard Longhorn fan, but you have to admit if this stadium comes to fruition it will be absolutely gorgeous. Making an extremely loud stadium probably the loudest in the country. Others may laugh at this but when you take into account the construction of the stadium (built to trap sound in), the fact it's already one of the loudest (top 10 easily), and then you increase capacity to probably well over 100K then one must acknowledge the aforementioned assumption. Texas isn't down and out by any means and UT never will be, but to sit idly by and just think things will turn around on their own is ludicrous. I think Mack is great and he deserves another year but Texas must win and reinforce their flagship status. UT is suppose to be the Joneses, which means they don't get shown up, yet the ags are on the cusp of doing just that.
