Hey coach, it happens to the best of us.
Texas Longhorns head coach Charlie Strong confused Texas Longhorns defensive tackle Malcom Brown with running back Malcolm Brown after Big Malcom was drafted by the New England Patriots with the 32nd pick in the 2015 NFL Draft on Thursday night in Chicago:
Strong quickly realized his mistake and deleted the tweet before getting it right the second time:
@MalcomBrown_90 Congrats Big Mal! Proud of you!

At least Malcolm Brown was ready for it, as he prepared himself earlier in the day for just such an instance, though he probably didn't think it would come from his head coach:
Let's see how many calls, text and tweets I get tonight when my bro @MalcomBrown_90 get drafted
— Malcolm Brown (@MallyCat_28) April 30, 2015
And it isn't always easy to keep the two separated, as ESPN ran a segment earlier in the week about Malcom Brown that featured the highlights of Malcolm Brown.
The struggle is real, y'all.
