PrintPB is at O'Hare hoping the snow doesn't ground his late afternoon flight to Vegas. I am in sunny Austin already looking forward to the next set of games. So far, Friday trumps Thursday. We've already seen #10 Davidson, #13 San Diego, and #12 Western Kentucky move on. I think we will see at least one more double digit seed win a game this evening.
In the standings, things tighten some but not much as most of our picks were the same.

Doubting the Big 12 again huh?
Yeah... so did I. I had St. Joe's winning and going further than that as well. After seeing KSU/A&M win yesterday, wouldn't be surprised if OU wins too.

They said on ESPN that 3.5 million brackets were entered into their contest, and only 27 are still perfect as of right now.

At least 27 people thought Drake and UConn...
... would go down? I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are guys with like a hundred brackets with all of the semi-likely scenarios picked out. How many brackets can you have?
I picked...
Uconn going down to San Diego. I'm not, however, one of those lucky 27.
/at least I'm still in first place on the Fark bracket challenge.

I think there was 10
I filled out like 5 of them. This is the first year you can make 10. Before, 5 was the max.

nearly owed my bracket
to coach Jay Wright's boneheaded technical in the final minutes of Clemson's collapse. Thought for a minute that would give Tigers the boost they needed. I guess I'll get to enjoy pulling for Kansas the next couple of rounds to bail me out... Props to the Sooners for battling their tradition of 1st round jitters and earning the W against St. Joes...

10 brackets
is the max allowed per username on ESPN... I made one for pride (in the BON group) and 6 others for hopes of the $10k. So far my "gut feel" bracket is dominating the others... we'll see what they look like in another 8 days.
