Former Texas Longhorns women's track and field coach Bev Kearney will file a discrimination charge against the school with the EEOC and Texas Workforce Commission in an attempt to gain the right to sue.

The San Antonio Express-News requested the personnel files for 51 current and former Texas Longhorns athletic department employees, but found that Major Applewhite was the only one who has been disciplined.
