Conference Realignment: OU's Boren Has Power, UT's Powers More Limited
During meetings of the school's Board of Regents Monday, Oklahoma voted to allow President David Boren to make the final decision regarding the school's conference alignment. The Texas Board of Regents declined to give Bill Powers the same freedom.
