The Texas Longhorns rose to No. 3 in both college basketball polls this week, their highest ranking of the year.

The Texas Longhorns are ranked No. 11/10 in the AP and Coaches Polls.

The pre-season No. 1 ranked college hoops team by the AP has performed awfully well over the years. Better, in fact, than the No. ranked hoops team at the end of the regular season.
