This Week in the Big 12

The Big 12 conference race is now tied. Both Texas and Kansas are 10-2 and face each other this Saturday. The Jawhawks are one of the hottest teams in the country. KU has won 16 of their last 18. OU lost early in the week at Colorado but pulled out a remarkable victory over Iowa State in the final minutes. Colorado followed their best victory of the season by losing at Kansas State. The Buff must finish 9-7 in the conference if they don't want to sweat on Selection Sunday. Nebraska could win out to get to 10-6 but that is not likely given their home loss to woeful Texas Tech on Saturday.

Big 12 Standings (through 2/19)

  1. Texas 10-2
  2. Kansas 10-2
  3. Oklahoma 8-7
  4. Colorado 7-5
