Who's the Dummy?

Rumors are swirling around the NFL combine that former Texas quarterback Vince Young only scored a 6 on his "Wonderlic" intelligence test. You can read the details of the rumors and confusion here.

Let's assume, for the moment, that Vince really did tank his intelligence test. The potential fallout is that Vince will fall out of the top few picks and slide down the board. I understand that a certain amount of intelligence is needed to run a pro offense, but, uh, did anyone watch any Texas football games this year? Would that really deter you from drafting Young?

Let me put it this way: if you can't figure out a way to win football games with Vince Young on your team, I think that we'd have a -real- case of intelligence failure.
