Rivals is reporting that Mike Williams will in fact leave, and that he's simply waiting for his official release.
The quest to lock up James has become, as Andrew correctly noted, critical. Rivals also reports that James will take official visits to both Texas and Texas A&M late this week. I scoff that this is even a "scoff," but then again, he already picked Oklahoma once, so who knows?
