Texas Completes Comeback Win Over Agros

Kyle Russell hit his 27th home run of the season, Joseph Krebs and Randy Boone excelled in relief of James Russell, and the Longhorns played superior defense to the Aggies in picking up a 6-4 win in College Station.

With the win, Texas secures at least a share of the Big 12 title. Congratulations to the Longhorns on another amazing season under Augie Garrido.

Texas entered the top of the 6th inning trailing 4-1, but dominated A&M from that point on. The 'Horns picked up a run in the sixth, two in the seventh, and two more in the ninth to complete the comeback victory.

The Aggies committed two errors and two wild pitches in a disastrous ninth inning.

Game ball goes to Nick Peoples who had three hits in four at-bats and was a royal pain in the ass in the ninth inning before scoring the winning run. Nods of approval to Joseph Krebs and Randy Boone, as well, who combined for 2 1/3 innings of shutout relief.

If Oklahoma State loses tonight, Texas secures the Big 12 title outright.
