Jordan Hamilton Named Second Team All-American

His late season slump kept him off the first team, but Jordan Hamilton's outstanding overall season has landed him on the US Basketball Writers All-American Second Team.  After an inconsistent freshman season, Hamilton rebounded to become one of the nation's best overall players, and a terrific team player on a Top 10 Texas squad.  In 32 minutes per game, Hamilton averaged 18.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. He shot 39% from downtown and 44% overall.
