Ron Franklin hosted the annual Gridiron Kickoff Luncheon this past Wednesday with Coach Brown, Harsin, Applewhite, and Diaz. Much was said, of course, about expectations. Namely that these coaches were trying their darndest to temper them.
The Longhorn Network released a quick video recapping some of the most poignant quotes.
For my money, Coach Diaz stole the show, "...that's ultimately the goal. If the nine (conference) teams we play would never really (want) to play us again then we've done our job."
Only 9 days remain before fall camp begins and 36 days, like 5 weeks, until kickoff against Wyoming at DKR.
