Texas vs Ole Miss: Longhorns Take 31-10 Lead Into Second Half

By all accounts, the lead up to this game lived up to the hype, and the Texas Invasion has translated to the field so far as well, with the Longhorns taking a 31-10 lead over Ole Miss into the second half. Texas got on the board first when Steve Edmond intercepted Bo Wallace and returned it 22 yards for a touchdown, and then Marquise Goodwin got a huge 2nd quarter for the Longhorn started with a 69-yard rush to extend UT's lead to 17-7. David Ash then closed the half with two strong drives that ended in touchdown passes, extending the Longhorns lead to 31-10 heading into the break.

Now just imagine if Texas starts to tackle?

Great first half for Texas on the road, and for the third straight week the team continues to get stronger as the game wears on. The offense is coming on and the second half is setting up for a pounding run game for the Horns.
