Texas Longhorns Basketball: Long Beach State Game Thread

Tonight the 9-1 Texas Longhorns square off against the 5-6 Long Beach State 49ers. As detailed in the game preview, LBSU is not a pushover, despite their 5-6 record. Dan Monson's squad has already picked up wins against Kansas State, Western Michigan, and Xavier, and lost by only a single point at San Diego State.

The Texas Longhorns can expect to have a significant advantage on the inside against LBSU, but the LBSU backcourt -- led by senior Michael Caffey and UCLA transfer Tyler Lamb -- is good enough to play Rick Barnes' guards to at least a draw.
