Even with a talented crop of in-state defensive tackles in play for the Texas Longhorns, the staff extended a Wednesday offer to Destrehan (La.) prospect Glen Logan.
The 6'4, 270-pounder is familiar to new Texas defensive line coach Brick Haley because Haley served as the secondary recruiter on Logan when he was still at LSU, offering him nearly a year ago.
Logan also holds offers from Arizona State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Texas A&M, though the Aggies and the Tigers are considered the favorites, with the consensus four-star prospect's Crystal Ball sitting in unanimous favor of the home-state powerhouse with all nine predictions.
In the 247Sports Composite rankings, Logan is the No. 173 prospect, the No. 16 defensive tackle, and the No. 13 player in Louisiana.
