On Tuesday, new Texas Longhorns head coach Tom Herman and offensive line coach Derek Warehime extended their first offer to Colorado Buffaloes offensive tackle commit Grant Polley:

The 6’4, 265-pounder committed to the Buff backs in July and currently holds close to 30 offers. Herman and Warehime recruited Polley when they were at Houston, so there is a previous relationship with the Denton product.
A consensus three-star prospect, Polley is the No. 467 player nationally, the No. 52 offensive tackle, and the No. 65 player in the state of Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
Texas does not currently have an offensive linemen committed in the 2017 class and is likely to take two players at the position.
