2018 OG Barton Clement includes Texas in his top 5

An early offensive line target for the Texas Longhorns is high on head coach Tom Herman’s program, as Fort Bend Marshall offensive guard Barton Clement included the Longhorns in his top five on Saturday evening:

The 6’2, 304-pounder picked up his offer from the Longhorns on December 19. Other schools to enter Clement’s recruitment include Auburn, Baylor, Missouri, TCU, and UCLA.

Ranked as a consensus four-star prospect, Clement is the No. 127 player nationally, the No. 6 offensive guard, and the No. 14 player in the state of Texas, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
