The Texas Longhorns extended an out-of-state offer on Friday afternoon to Murrieta (Calif.) Vista Murrieta offensive tackle Chuck Filiaga:

A consensus four-star prospect, Filiaga is considered the No. 72 player nationally, the No. 12 offensive tackle, and the No. 9 player in the state of California, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He is now closing in on 20 offers.
The 6'5, 330-pounder is considered high on USC, but none of the three predictions made in his 247Sports Crystal Ball have come in the last three months, so his recruitment is probably relatively wide open at this point.
