On a day when the Texas Longhorns pulled in an unprecedented number of National Signing Day commitments, head coach Charlie Strong met with the media and provided a tour de force in recruiting strategy, going into detail about how the 2016 recruiting class came together down the stretch.
After this close, the staff deserves the absolute benefit of the doubt moving forward, as Strong noted that 24 of the 32 official visitors hosted by the Longhorns in this cycle ended up signing on Wednesday.
