Texas Longhorns fans haven't gotten to see much from sophomore running back Kirk Johnson after the Longhorns legacy after carrying the ball only eight times as a freshman, but after missing spring practice with an injury, Johnson looks healthy and ready to contribute this fall.

As the likely third-string running back this fall behind junior D'Onta Foreman and sophomore Chris Warren, Johnson will have the opportunity to serve as the team's change-of-pace back and showcase the athleticism that made him the SPARQ MVP at the San Francisco NFTC two years ago.
And considering that he's been injured basically since Thanksgiving, it's good to see him cutting and flashing that athleticism in workouts once again.
