Ranked as the top prospect in New York and No. 25 small forward nationally, an impressive summer circuit has seen Wilson’s recruiting take off, as offers from Texas, Louisville, Seton Hall, UNLV, Memphis, SMU and USC rolled in. In total, Wilson holds 12 offers and has taken unofficial visits to Rutgers, St. John’s Rhode Island, Oklahoma State and now Texas.
The lanky 6’6, 170-pound Wilson is an impressive three-level scorer and plays with a confidence and attitude common in New York City area prospects, and has good athleticism to compliment his do-it-all skill set.
The Bronx Brewster Academy product is currently projected to land at St. John’s.
