4-star PF Ira Lee lists Texas in Top 5

After surviving another cut, Texas has it’s work cut out to keep Lee from staying out West

After narrowing his list to nine less than two weeks ago, Prolific Prep (Calif.) power forward Ira Lee has trimmed his list to five and Texas made the cut, per Lee’s Twitter.

Lee also included Arizona, Oregon, Maryland and California in his latest list, knocking Kansas, USC, Oklahoma State and Georgia Tech out of consideration after surviving Lee’s August 4 update.

For the high-flying 6’8 forward, Arizona has clearly appeared to be the team to beat. Lee has taken numerous unofficial visits dating back to January 2015.

Lee ranks as the No. 53 player in the nation and No. 7 player in California.
