The 6’3, 195-pounder committed to the Oklahoma Sooners in August after taking an unofficial visit to Norman in several weeks before.
A consensus four-star prospect, Rising now holds near 25 offers, including national powers like Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, and UCLA.
Rising is the No. 87 prospect nationally, the No. 5 pros-style quarterback, and the No. 11 player in California, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
