The offseason is still far from over, but it’s time to start making plans for the football season, as the Texas Longhorns announced the kickoff times for six games on Tuesday.

Included in the slate are four home games and two road contests.

The season officially kicks off for Texas on September 2 at home against Maryland at 11 a.m. CT on FS1. The following week, San Jose State will arrive for a 2:30 p.m. CT contest on Longhorn Network.

And then the non-conference matchup that will draw national attention — the road trip to Los Angeles to take on USC in the Coliseum on September 16 at 7:30 p.m. CT on FOX.

Twelve days later, the road trip to Ames on a Thursday night to take on Iowa State will be televised at either 6:30 p.m. CT or 7:00 p.m. CT on ESPN.

For the conference game on Longhorn Network, the revenge game against Kansas will air on the Texas-specific channel at 5 p.m. CT on November 11.

And the regular season finale against Texas Tech on the Friday after Thanksgiving — November 24 — will be televised on FOX at 7 p.m. CT.
