Football will be here before you know it.

The 2017 class should make a big contribution this season.

When the national signing day dust settled on Feb. 1, 247Sports had UT’s class ranked No. 26 in the nation. For the first time this century, the Longhorns landed outside of the top 25.

Coach Tom Herman doesn’t seem bothered by those standings though. In fact, he thinks the kids are alright.
