According to the media guide released by the USC Trojans, the Texas Longhorns haven’t ever won a game against the Trojans:

The claim is that the loss in the historic 2006 Rose Bowl to the Longhorns was vacated as a result of the NCAA penalties imposed against the program that forced to Trojans to vacate all victories involving Reggie Bush.
From the Texas side, however, the school still considers the game a victory.
And, of course, nothing that USC ever says or does can take away the glory of 4th and 5, Vince Young standing in confetti, and Mack Brown holding up the crystal football.
