The other schools remaining in contention for the 6’2, 187-pounder are Alabama, LSU, Oregon, Ohio State, Georgia, Washington, USC, Michigan, Texas A&M, Illinois, and Oklahoma.
Texas entered the recruitment of Taylor-Stuart relatively late, extending an offer to the consensus four-star prospect back and June. And given the size of his remaining list, getting Taylor-Stuart on campus for an official or unofficial visit before he makes his decision is relatively unlikely.
So unless Texas can make get the nation’s No. 4 cornerback to Austin, this is a battle that will largely feature the current perceived favorites — Alabama and USC.
