The 6’3.5, 268-pound lineman from O’Connor (Helotes, TX) High School received his Texas offer relatively recently when he visited the Forty Acres for the Longhorns’ win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane in September.
Parr is ranked as the No. 4 guard in the country, and the No. 12 player in the state of Texas, with his choice of 20 different scholarship offers.
Parr has not named a top group of schools, but four of the five Crystal Ball picks on 247Sports predict his pledge to the Longhorns. If he does indeed choose to play college football in Austin, he will join quarterback Hudson Card as the only members of the 2020 recruiting class.
