The Texas Longhorns fell into the trap and were unable to overcome their slow start, falling on the road to the Oklahoma State Cowboys 38-35. What happened to cause Texas to come out so flat, who needs to step up defensively, and we cannot look past the continued stellar play of quarterback Sam Ehlinger (3:00).

With that in the rearview, Texas still has a chance to claim a Big 12 title with the West Virginia Mountaineers coming to town. Gerald and Kyle take a look at what it will take for Texas to take down the high-powered Mountaineers (17:53). They also look at what the injury to freshman receiver Joshua Moore means to the depth at wide receiver (26:26), break down the latest football commitments (28:15) and take a look at what else is going on on the Forty Acres (32:05).

Before jumping into their closing segment, Gerald and Kyle look at what to expect from the Texas basketball team, with a week until their season opener (38:45).

Finally, they close the show out with Bang the Drum (49:52), in which Kyle stays on-brand and talks about Michael Dickson, while Gerald gets excited for his first Texas home game in a decade.
