Fearless Predictions Game 10 - Really?

I won't beat around the bush on this one. The Texas offense did almoat everything right and the Defense let them down. I didn't predict Texas would beat WVU this year, but I would have if I knew the Texas offense, led by Sam Ehlinger, would have played like they did. But man, that defense.

All growing pains. In fact, one analyst noted that texas first 2 losses came at the expense of suspensions while the 3rd with injuries. Texas is good wnough to go undefeated as long as we dont have suspensions or injuries. In other words, Texas is not 2 deep.

The good news is, Herman's brand of football is selling and that should make most of us happy so long as the 2 deep recruits keep coming. The bad news is, Collin Johnson got hurt this week and is questionable vs Texas Tech.

Tech has injuries too, most notably at quarterback, but the Raiders always seem to be 4 deep at that position. Plus, our Lubbock rivals are beginning to learn to play defense. Don't forget, John Bonny is a grad transfer at Tech and is telling them all of our secrets. 2 straight losses, injuries and a night game in Lubbock has me worried. This might be the hardest game to predict. All of the evidence tells me the Tortilla Tossers have us beat by 3 in a shootout.
